How can I get help with setting up and using RefWorks?

Make an appointment to meet with a librarian, use Library Chat, or send an email to reference@up.edu. 

How can I get help with technical issues that I'm having with my RefWorks account?

You can contact us, but you might try contacting RefWorks Support directly. They are very responsive and can resolve technical issues related to an individual account. Some issues that arise are documents getting stuck in the upload process, annotation tools not appearing when trying to read full text, etc.

Have you used free tools like NoodleBib or EasyBib to format citations? RefWorks can do that and more. It's a useful productivity tool for your research and writing projects.
