Services for Distance Education Students: Getting Started

Welcome!

Welcome, distance education students! Distance education includes students who don't regularly attend classes on the University of Portland's main campus, such as:

  • UP programs offered in Edmonton and Guam
  • Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry program
  • PACE program
  • Study abroad students

This guide is intended to give you an overview of resources and services available to you through the Clark Library.  If you have any questions about accessing library resources, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Getting Started

All that you need to access the library is:

  • A device with an internet connection
  • Your UP network username and password (the same as you use for PilotsUP)

If you experience any issues with accessing online resources, see the Tips for Off-Campus Access, or contact the Research Desk at 503-943-7788 or email library@up.edu.
