Tips for finding reference books:
- Search for broad terms related to your topic
- Example: for a topic of Japanese internment during WWII, try searching for: World War II
- To find print reference books:
- on the left sidebar, under Physical Location, choose Reference
- you may need to choose the More options link to see Reference
- To find online reference books:
- on the left sidebar, under Resource Type, choose eBooks
- you may need to choose the More options link to see eBooks
- When searching for online reference books, try including (Dictionary OR Encyclopedia) as part of your search
- Example: World War II (Dictionary OR Encyclopedia)
