To use the print commentaries, you may either visit the library in-person and scan (or take photos with your phone) of the pages that you need, or request the chapter that you need through Interlibrary Loan. (For example, request the section on "Exodus 3: 1-22."
UP's library has many book-length commentaries on each book of the bible, available either in print or as eBooks.
