Remote Library Services: Requesting Materials

Suggest a Purchase

We welcome your suggestions for purchases to support your research needs.

If you have a book or video you think the library should purchase for our collection, let us know through our Suggest a Purchase form. During this time of online instruction, we will focus on finding online versions, but we welcome purchase suggestions in all formats.

Get it @ UP

If full text is not immediately available, use the Get it @ UP link to see if Clark Library has online access to the article, or to request a copy of the article from another library.

Interlibrary Loan

Clark Library's Interlibrary Loan (UP ILLiad) service obtains items from other libraries, including:

  • Journal articles
  • Book chapters

This service is available to current UP students, faculty, and staff. There is no charge for requests, which will arrive on average within three days. You will receive an email when PDFs are available within your UP ILLiad account. The PDFs will be available in your account for 30 days; we recommend downloading them to your computer.
