Description of the Johns Hopkins EBP Model, for accessibility:

A triangle is in the middle, with the three sides labeled Practice - Education - Research. Internal Factors, i.e., the attributes of the health professional's workplace, are listed next to the Practice side: Culture, Environment, Equipment/Supplies, Staffing, Standards. External Factors, i.e., the aspects of the health professional's work environment over which they have less control, are listed next to the Education side: Accreditation, Legislation, Quality Measures, Regulations, and Standards.

The base of the triangle is labeled "Research" and within the triangle are two halves of a circle. One half lists Research resource types: Experimental, Quasi-experimental, Non-Experimental, and Qualitative. The other half lists Non-Research resource types: Clinical Practice Guidelines, Expert Opinion, Organizational Experience, Clinical Expertise, and Consumer Preferences.
