The Clark Library is providing a robust set of services this Fall 2020 semester. Select a page on this guide to learn more, and contact us if you don't see the service you need. Are you a new student? Visit the online library orientation to get to know the library.
Because of safety precautions, the library building is closed for study during Fall semester. Students can apply for permission to reserve study spaces in Bauccio Commons and the Pilot House.
The building is open five days a week during certain hours to allow current students, faculty, and staff to pick up Clark Library and Summit items at the main floor Service Desk. Use your UP ID for access to the building during pick up hours. The card swipe is to the left of the entryway. Access for Alumni or community users is not available at this time.

Any questions? Send us a question, or check our Troubleshooting page for an answer.
Masks must be worn at all times. Call us at 503.943.7111 if you are unable to wear a mask but need to check out an item.
Please abide by physical distancing signs.
We are quarantining returned items for 24 hours, except for small items that we can easily sanitize. Please do not clean library items yourself.
Restrooms can be used by one person at a time. A sign on the door indicates when the restroom is in use. Please distance yourselves while waiting in line.
The bottle filling station is operational, but for health reasons the drinking fountain is not.
Printing, scanning, and faxing services are not available at the Clark Library during the Fall 2020 semester. Here are some alternatives:
Printing: You can find printers in the campus study spaces, in the Pilot House and in the Commons. Please contact Campus Safety if you have any difficulty with these printers (503-943-7161).
Scanning: You might take pictures of pages with your phone. If the book is on the shelf in our collection, you can ask us to scan pages/chapters for you (Learn more).
Faxing: You might take pictures with your phone, or visit a business such as Copy Pilot on N. Lombard between Stockton and Fiske streets, or FedEx Office / Kinkos.
