This study aims to assess inclusive leadership behaviors at higher education institutions within the United States from the perspectives of faculty, staff, administrators, and students on campus. It also aims to examine the relationship between inclusive leadership in groups and perceptions of individual and group belonging. Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey.

You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Kala Mayer, Randy Hetherington, Claire Costin, and Ben Tribelhorn from the UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND. 
 
You qualify to be included in this study if you are:

18 years or older  

and  

a student, staff, faculty, or administrative employee at an institution of higher education in the United States. 

The purpose of this study is to assess inclusive leadership behaviors at higher education institutions within the United States from the perspectives of faculty, staff, administrators, and students on campus. It also aims to examine the relationship between inclusive leadership in groups and perceptions of individual and group belonging. This data will help establish a baseline score that can be used to measure higher education inclusive leadership behaviors and to make recommendations over time.
