This error message occasionally appears in the EBSCO databases (including Academic Search Premier, Business Source Premier, CINAHL, ERIC, and many more), if the connection times out or if a technical issue occurs.
Troubleshooting Tips
Close out of your internet browser entirely. Once this error message occurs, it will continue appearing until you close your browser.
Open your browser again (or try a different browser), and connect to the resource or link again.
If the error still occurs after closing your browser, try clearing the cache in your browser.
